Valentines Self-Care



Self-Care is not a luxury but a necessity. You are the most important, you only get, one body, one mind, and one soul. Treat your body with love, your mind with rest and feed your soul with your passions. Everyone's self-care will look a little different but here are some valentine's day inspired ideas.


  • Go walk around Target and buy yourself a valentine.

  • Make Valentines for your family, friends or coworkers.

  • Watch a cheesy romance movie.

  • Write 10 things you love about yourself down.

  • Take a walk.

  • Bake a yummy Valentine's treat.

  • Take yourself out on a date. (Coffee dates, movies. etc.)

  • Go get your nails done.

  • Have a cute Valentines photoshoot

  • Take a relaxing bath, face masks, bath bombs, and all the good stuff.

  • Reconnect with yourself, what's your favorite hobby? Carve out some time to do that.


Remember you are loved, Valentine's day isn't always fun for some but try and use this month to do some self-care, try something new and love yourself.
