15 Simple Ways to Practice Self Care In 15 Minutes Or Less!


Self-care is so important, but it doesn't have to be time consuming or expensive, and it might be easier than you think.

  1. Watch a youtube Video.

  2. Meditate, there are videos on youtube and free apps you can download.

  3. Joyful movement, like a walk.

  4. Grab some coffee and go sit outside in silence.

  5. Paint your own nails.

  6. Take a bath/shower. My favorite is a bath with a bath bomb and a chill. playlist.

  7. Plan a cute outfit to wear tomorrow.

  8. Call a friend or family member

  9. Listen to a podcast there are tons under 15 minutes.

  10. Color, either freeform or download a page from Pinterest.

  11. Read, or go buy a new book.

  12. Go grab a coffee or a smoothie.

  13. Pamper yourself with a face mask.

  14. Journal or go buy and start a journal.

  15. Make yourself a yummy snack.
