Currently I am writing this in bed with a really bad sunburn, obviously more sunscreen needs to come into my self care routine. LOL, but seriously being in treatment for mental health issues, has made me realize how important it is to take care of ourselves.
"You cannot pour from an empty cup, you must fill your cup first."
1) Get enough sleep, will this can be hard we all know how important it is.
2) Read your favorite book or a book you have realy wantted to read.
3) Go get some brunch with friends or family.
4)Make a new playlist on Spotfiy, or listen to one you already love.
5) Take a social media break for a day, a week or maybe even an hour.
6) Take a bath, and fun tip its more fun with a bath bomb and a face mask.
7) Go get a manicure or pedicure or BOTH!
8) Do something crafty. I really like watercolor painting and coloring.
9) Go on a walk or bike ride and enjoy nature.
10) Go grab a coffee and just enjoy .
