Let go of perfectionism, regret, shame and guilt.

Spend some time with nature, either catching rays at the beach, taking a walk outside or just relaxing in your yard.
Take a social media break. As much as I love social media, its good to take a break. I tend to a few days a month where I try to stay off and be present.
Cut ties with toxic people, things and relationships.
Get into a good sleep routine. This is the one on the top of my list this month!
Stop body-shaming you and others.
Go get a holiday drink from Starbucks, because we all know Peppermint Mocha is the best!
